The Old Bakery is a spacious property which, up until 1984, was a working bakery. This well-equipped characterful property has the benefit of high vaulted ceilings, good local amenities and a peaceful location in the heart of the pretty village of Ringstead.
The cottage is the perfect base for getting out and about; and a relaxing place to return to after a busy day exploring this beautiful area of North West Norfolk.
On the ground floor of the cottage you have a lovely dining kitchen with french doors opening into a small private courtyard garden, and a large sitting area with reclining sofas – just the place to unwind. A good supply of books, games and DVDs are available for guests to enjoy – perfect for passing the time on a rainy day or before heading upstairs to enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Located close to the Peddars Way and Ringstead Downs, you can enjoy stunning walks with wonderful views to the coastline; the nearest beach is just two miles away at Old Hunstanton. It’s an easy drive to the nature reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell – paradise for birdwatchers – and it’s not too far from the popular village of Burnham Market, and Thornham’s Drove Orchards, if you fancy a spot of shopping.
