The wood burning stove is cleverly position centrally in this area with various comfortable seating arrangements including a sofa bed for up to two guests. A well-equipped kitchen and utility room are also on the ground floor along with a cloakroom WC. The ground floor benefits from luxurious underfloor heating.
Upstairs three bedrooms are generous and comfortable with a king-size room with doors to a Juliet balcony and water views, a double, also with river views, and finally a twin room. There is a large en-suite shower room with double shower enclosure to the king-size room and a further family bathroom. The first floor is centrally heated.
In addition to the balconies, guests can enjoy an outdoor seating area which overlooks the marina with garden furniture and a barbecue.
