Situated in the heart of Coverack with its pretty harbour, eateries, a shop and gallery, along with a water sports centre, Sandpiper is a truly seaside cottage.
The open-plan living accommodation is upstairs and boasts lovely views across the beach. Here you will find a generous area including a modern kitchen with a range cooker, American style fridge freezer and large island unit; a sitting room area with a large television, contemporary electric fire and window seat; and a dining area with seating for six guests. Downstairs are three good sized bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a beautiful family bathroom with free standing bath. A further shower room is also on this level.
Outside, along with parking for two cars (very precious in Coverack!), is a sunny sitting area and bicycle/surf store.
