The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and microwave whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the useful utility room, perfect for rinsing through those sandy clothes.
Two of the three bedrooms (both king-size) are also located on the ground floor and have garden views. There is both a family bathroom with bath and separate shower and a further shower room downstairs.
Upstairs, bedroom three can accommodate up to three guests with its double bed and single bed.
