The front door is nestled next to the local greengrocer where you can buy your fresh fruit and vegetables, and on entering the property, a flight of stairs takes you to the first floor where you will find a light open-plan living and dining area with kitchen. There is a cosy sitting room with comfortable seating and gas fire at the front of the property with views of Cheap Street below. From both the dining and kitchen areas, doors lead out to the roof terrace with two sun loungers and a table chairs for alfresco dining with lovely views of neighbouring Cheap Street Church and beyond.There is a spacious bedroom with a super-king size bed, next to which is a bright bathroom with waterfall shower over the bath and a separate hand-held shower head, wash basin and WC.

The location of this property makes it ideal for enjoying all the delights of Sherborne and the surrounding Dorset villages and countryside, and also the world famous Jurassic Coast and beaches are a pleasant drive away.

There is no parking available at the property but public car parks with reasonable charges can be found a short distance away and there is some free street parking nearby also.
