Within Blaenavon Heritage Town where dogs are also welcome.     Meg visited this site in 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed herself! It was a little bit scary inside the blast furnace as it was quite noisy, but we waited outside while the rest of the family looked round. There was lots to see at this attraction, and it was particularly interesting to look round the cottages which had been fitted to show various decades throughout the sites history.     The site is free to get in, and you could easily spend a few hours here exploring everywhere. It was one of the best attractions we visited in South Wales!
