The cottage has a quirky layout over three floors and has been extended to the rear to create an open-plan living space downstairs with access via french doors to a sweet courtyard garden to the rear, which overlooks the playing field and out to the pinewoods beyond.

There is a contemporary kitchen, shower room, dining area and cosy sitting room on the ground floor, with bedrooms over the next two floors. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, with a small en-suite shower room off the second floor double bedroom. Upstairs there is a fabulous deck with glazed balustrade, accessed via a spiral staircase from the garden below.
